What tasks can you take off my hands?

We offer services to support the whole of your business. This may include admin, marketing, sales, operations, systems, or financial tasks. If you have a specific task in mind, just let us know, and we will tell you if we can cover it.  If we are unable to help because you need a specific regulation or qualification, we have a wide range of trusted partners we can refer you to. 

 

How does your service work?

It's simple! Once you contact us, we'll discuss your business needs, and you can choose from one of our existing packages, or we can tailor a package specifically for you.

Is your team based in the UK?

Yes, all our virtual assistants are based in the UK. This ensures seamless communication, understanding of local business practices, and availability during UK business hours.

What qualifications and experience does your team have?

Our virtual assistants are carefully selected professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. They undergo rigorous training to meet our quality standards and have extensive experience in various industries.

How do I communicate with you? 

We offer multiple convenient communication channels. Our ongoing programmes offer monthly, biweekly, or weekly check-in calls to monitor progress and manage the workload. You can also email, phone, WhatsApp, or even send us your tasks via our secure form.

Is there a minimum commitment required to use your services?

No, we understand that business needs vary, so no minimum commitment is required. Whether you need assistance for a one-time project or ongoing support, we're here to help.

How do you ensure data security and confidentiality?

We take data security and confidentiality seriously. You will be asked to sign our agreement to cover data protection when we work together. We also have data protection and non-disclosure agreements in place for all our associates. 

If you have your own non-disclosure requirements, we are happy to comply with them.

What are your pricing options?

We have various plans and services to suit all business sizes and budgets. If you are looking for something else, we would love to chat. Contact us for a personalised quote. 

Please note that payments are one month in advance via GoCardless. If you have chosen a plan, that has an initial set-up fee, this will be due before we start. 

 

Do you offer a trial period for your services?

No, we are confident that you will be happy with our services.  We are always open to feedback and improvement to our services.
